Gaetgens Chery is a U. S. Navy veteran, a Licensed Loan Officer (MLO) (NMLS 2267044), and holds a law degree, a Florida real estate broker license, and a Florida real estate instructor permit. Gaetgens is also a serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of HomeSnatch Realty LLC, HomeSnatch School of Real Estate LLC, and several other local businesses. Gaetgens resided in Miami, Florida since 1983 and maintained residential status in Miami-Dade County throughout his military career. Naturally, following his military career, Gaetgens returned home to serve our South Florida community.
